Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites FOREST is a good spot to get some rest, and lakes are such serene places, why not go to Clark Lake. There's some flowing water close by, Gravel Slough is a stream you can visit during your stay, and a gorgeous lake like Black Lake is a nice place to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. The winter comes with highs in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Johnson Lake are in the 20's. Leake County water Park is a splendid campground nearby. The high level of rainfall makes Johnson Lake a quite wet place; December is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is September. | |
