Through the months of summer, highs mostly are in the 90's at Hackney Lake. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 50's while Hackney Lake night low temperatures all through the winter are in the 30's. Hackney Lake is a rather wet place typically with a lot of rainfall; July is the wettest month with       most rain, and the driest month is October. There are other places here than Hackney Lake, for example Gater Lake. Bluff Creek Campgrounds is a fine local campground, and there are plenty of people from Pascagoula here. So much fun stuff in the neighborhood of Hackney Lake, truly amazing. If you're a golfer then a great nearby course is Mississippi National Golf Club Linkscorp; dry warm beds await you at Americas Best Value Inn and Suites - Moss Point. Super                  8 Moss Point Pascagoula is a magnificent place to get some rest, and Hackney Lake is a nice place to visit for more than one day, Riverbend Park Resort is a nice place to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water?
