This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Days Inn Greenville Ms is a splendid choice, and folks from Greenville love to come here. Goose Lake is a wet spot that gets much rainfall; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain while August is mostly the driest month. Roy's Store Cabins and Campgrounds is a nice campground nearby, and not far from Goose Lake you acquire some brilliant water scenery at Mississippi Power and Light Company Lake Dam.
