Beautiful Goose Lake has much to offer visitors. There are swamps here too; Granny Baker Bayou is in the neighborhood, and during your spree here you'll meet some folks from Greenville for sure. If you came for an overnight stay LakeShore Landing RV Park / Marina is a perfect location to camp. Goose Lake is a reasonably wet place frequently with lots of precipitation; December is when you get the most rain here, and August is the month with the least moisture.

Very good water scenery is available at Mississippi Power and Light Company Lake Dam in the neighborhood of Goose Lake; if you need a spot to stay Days Inn Greenville Ms is a wonderful choice. Summertime highs at Goose Lake mostly tend to be in the 90's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 70's. For the period of the wintertime highs are generally in the 50's while Goose Lake nighttime low temperatures throughout the wintertime | |

are in the 30's. Camping is available at Delta Village, and Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites GREENVILLE is a fine spot to get some rest.
