Gilberts Lake is always a pleasure to visit. Gilberts Lake generally gets lots of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is February, and the driest of the months is October. Gilberts Lake is a delightful place to camp, Clearwater RV Park and Campground is a delightful place, and after a long day outdoors Days Inn - Picayune is a great spot to spend a night or two.

You'll need more than a day to look at everything Gilberts Lake has to offer, you can camp at Sun Roamers RV Resort, and during your spree here you'll meet some folks from Picayune for sure. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Picayune, and the scenery at Craigin Gilbert Lake Dam is picturesque.
