Geiger Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Deer Run Lake Hunting Lodge is a good local campground, and not far from Geiger Lake you obtain some good water scenery at Joe Morgan Lake Dam. High temperatures at Geiger Lake throughout the warm days of summer are in the 90's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 70's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in       the 50's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Geiger Lake. Hattiesburg Super 8 Motel is a magnificent place to get some rest. Going for a hike along the Black Creek Hiking Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and a perfect close by hotel is Inn On The Hill. This place is great, just check out all the fun stuff to do in the vicinity of Geiger Lake.
