So many amusing things to do at Flat Lake, so little time. A splendid nearby hotel is Budget Inn, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit nearby Grassy Lake. Flat Lake ordinarily gets much precipitation; all through the month of December you get the most rain around here while September is ordinarily the driest month. Summertime highs at Flat Lake mostly tend to be in       the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 70's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 50's, and nighttime lows throughout the winter for Flat Lake tend to be in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here at Flat Lake, do take a tour to Cowpen Point, and Comfort Suites Vidalia is a fine spot to get some rest. You'll meet a lot of folks from Natchez here, and obviously, this is a brilliant area for people who like lakes, Blue Hole is                  a lake close at hand.
