After a long day outdoors Days Inn and Suites Starkville is a great spot to spend a night or two; a trip to nearby Dickerson Arm is very relaxing. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Doyle Arm, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 50's with temperatures at Doyle       Arm dipping down into the 30's during winter nights. You're sure to encounter some good folks from Starkville here, and Loakfoma Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to. The high level of precipitation makes Doyle Arm a relatively wet place; March is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is August. A good place to camp here at Doyle Arm is Lake Tiak-o-khata Restaurant, and let's not forget Long Branch which is a stream that you                  may encounter while here.
