Cypress Lake is a wet place that gets a great deal of rain; the wettest month of the year is commonly March, that's the one that rains the most, and August on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Midway Lake is       a nearby lake that you could stop by, and Downtown Oxford Inn and Suites is a perfect place to get some rest. There are plenty of folks from Oxford here at Cypress Lake, and since you're here, you could also check out wonderful Drewery Lake. The warmest time of the year at Cypress Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's.
