Como Lake is a fine place to camp, Mill Creek Boat Dock is a fine place; Moser Pond is a nearby lake that you could explore. Como Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; March is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is August. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Como Lake has to offer, you can camp at J P Coleman State Park, and an out of the       ordinary thing to pop by in close proximity to Como Lake is Iuka Sewage Lagoon Dam. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Iuka Motel is a brilliant choice, and a great nearby hotel is Sunset Lodge. For the duration of the days of summer highs here at Como Lake reach the 90's; throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
