Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 50's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Car       Lake. All the water falling down from the sky makes Car Lake a wet spot; the month with most of the rain is March, and October is when it's the driest. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Car Lake has to offer, you can camp at Clear water Creek Resort, and hey, Cross Creek is a good local stream. This lake is so wonderful.
