My 39 year old daughter has been missing since July 16, 2006. She did this in April, resulting in a very serious suicide attempt. She is likely suicidal now and is currently under Psychiatric care. She has left 3 children at home, one of them is Autistic!
She loves tent camping in state parks and national battlefields. I know that she was camping at Watega State Park, WV until Sunday (7/30) morning. She is also interested in Civil War battlefields and was at Shiloh National Military Park last week. We think she may be in your area.
I would greatly appreciate it if you would alert the campgrounds in your parks, especially around battlefields.
Her name is Courtney Michele Wallace. She goes by Michele, but could be using Courtney. She is 5' 4 tall and weighs approx 160 pounds. She has short reddish brown hair with blonde highlights and blue eyes.
She is driving a 1989 Blue Jeep, VA license JSK 9380. She also has a small buff colored Shih-Tzu dog with her. The dog's name is Mosby.
There is an active Be On the Lookout alert for her, initiated by our local sheriff's department. You may contact the Halifax County, VA Sheriff's Department at 434-476-3335. WV State Police and WV Dept. of Natural Resources have also been made aware of this BOL alert, as well as KY State Police, TN State Police and VA State Police.

Brown Lake is a nice lake to visit. Through the long summer days, highs regularly are in the 90's at Brown Lake, and through the night it cools down to the 70's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 50's while Brown Lake overnight low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Brown Lake is not the only site nearby, Swett Lake is a nearby lake, and it's a pleasant idea to go to Durden Creek. You could also pop by Centennial

| | Lake while you're here at Brown Lake; it's close by, and a magnificent close by hotel is Candlewood Suites VICKSBURG.
There's so much to do here at Brown Lake that you need to camp here for a while, River City RV Park is a tremendous spot for that, and if you need a place to stay Vicksburg Super 8 Motel is a magnificent choice. And if that's not enough, there's loads more to do in the neighborhood of Brown Lake. Lots of folks from Vicksburg come to Brown Lake. | |

Brown Lake gets a good deal of water; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is September.
Why not visit Waterways Experiment Station Dam while you're here, and if you came to camp Magnolia Rv Park is a glorious place to do that.
