    The beauty of Bond Pond is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Doctor Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Bond Pond has to offer, you can camp at Soggy Bottom Canoe and Kayak. All the water falling down from the sky makes Bond Pond a wet spot; the month with most of the rain is March, and October is when it's the driest. Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a great time here  
   at Bond Pond. Stay the night at Lake-a-way Camp Grounds, and there is a good hiking trail close by called the Big Foot Trail.
A wonderful close by hotel is Best Western Woodstone. A lake nearby is Horseshoe Lake, and on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the Black Creek Hiking Trail. The Tuxachanie Trail is a pleasant hiking trail in the neighborhood of Bond Pond; if you have the time, Gulf Islands National Seashore is a national park worth checking out.
 
               There's some exciting stuff to make out at A and V Lake Dam next to Bond Pond, and if you're here, you could stop by Clear Creek. At Bond Pond during the months of summer highs are in the 90's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 70's. The winter comes with highs in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Bond Pond are in the 30's.
