A delightful place to camp here at Big Lake is Bluff Creek Campgrounds; after a long day outdoors Super 8 Moss Point Pascagoula is a brilliant location to spend a night or two. Big Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain,       and the driest month of the year is October. During the warm days of summer highs here at Big Lake get into the 90's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's. For the period of the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 50's; nighttime lows in the 30's for Big Lake. Do visit Billy Pond near Big Lake, it's a gorgeous lake. This lake is so wonderful.
