Beaver Pond is a wet spot that gets a good deal of rain; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and October is the month with the least moisture. Have a fine hiking adventure along the Black Creek Hiking Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Crystal Inn Gulfport. What a spot this is for outdoors people. Take a hike on the Tuxachanie Trail; a perfect site to go to is Open Gap.       This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit nearby Browns Lake; you can take a little journey to Gyle Lake Dam since you're here at Beaver Pond. Stay the night at Scenic Trails; you're sure to come across some great folks from Gulfport-Biloxi here. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Big Foot Trail. Lakes are wonderful; Red Gap Lakes is a lake that's in close proximity to Beaver Pond. This lake is so wonderful.                  A round of golf at nearby Pine Burr Country Club is a glorious way to kill some time. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Beaver Pond.
