Go to Wren Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Camelot RV Campground. Wren Lake is located in the Ozarks. Wren Lake Dam is an exciting thing to check out; in case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Black River.
Hiking is a popular thing to do around Wren Lake; Lost Creek Nature Trail is a wonderful local trail, and a great close by hotel is SUPER 8 MOTEL - POPLAR BLUFF.

| | During the summertime months highs here at Wren Lake reach the 90's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Wren Lake temperatures dip to the 10's. Any time is a great time at Wren Lake if you go for the outdoors. Harwell Creek is a beautiful stream that is worth a visit, and you'll most likely meet some folks from Poplar Bluff here.

all the exciting stuff in the Ozarks. There's so much to do here at Wren Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Bullwinkle's Rustic Lodge and RV Park is a great location for that, and if you need a place to stay Holiday Inn
POPLAR BLUFF is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Pine Ridge Nature Trail, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at nearby Big Lake. Wren Lake is a rather
wet place mostly with a good deal of rain; through the month of March you get the most rain around here; the driest month of the year is January.

Trail offers hiking at its best; not far from Wren Lake you'll stumble on Lake Lockloma which is a stunning lake.
