Summer at Woods Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 40's; after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Woods Lake plunge into the 10's. Woods Lake really is in the middle of a striking outdoors paradise. Having a perfect time in the Ozarks is easy. The       Berryman Trail is a good hiking trail in the vicinity of Woods Lake, and if you need a place to stay Route 66 Inn is a pleasant choice. This lake is so wonderful. Near Woods Lake you stumble on the Trace Creek Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail, and Harmon Spring Campground is a wonderful campground here. Getting to Lost Creek from Woods Lake is simple; you can stay the night at Brazil Creek Campground. Dry warm beds await you at Viburnum Inn & Restaurant;                  there are some perfect whitewater spots on Meramec River. Woods Lake is a beautiful lake in the Ozarks.
