If you need a place to stay       Lamar - Super 8 Motel is a tremendous choice, and it's a perfect idea to pop by Opossum Creek. A great place to camp here at Webbs Lake is Big Barn RV Park, and Webbs Lake is not far at all from Joplin. For the period of the warm days of summer at Webbs Lake highs are mostly in the 90's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 60's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Webbs Lake temperatures                  plunge to the 10's.
