Many people like to go to Von Hoffman Lake. Camping at Blue Springs Ranch Campground is always a tremendous experience, and there are other sites here than Von Hoffman Lake, for example Bluff Lake. Ramstein Lake is a wonderful lake in the neighborhood of Von Hoffman Lake, and if you need a place to stay Sullivan Super 8 Motel is a delightful choice. Now, you may imagine that's heaps but there's even more exciting things to do here in the Ozarks. Wildcat Hollow

| | is a brilliant site to go to right next door to Von Hoffman Lake, and a short tour to Blue Springs is always worthwhile.
And if that's not enough there's a load more fun things to do in the Ozarks. Don't leave Von Hoffman Lake without first going for a hike along the Berryman Trail, and not far from Von Hoffman Lake you get some nice water scenery at Ramstein Lake Dam. The Ozarks scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful.

point of view Von Hoffman Lake is a reasonably typical place; throughout May this area sees the most rain while January is generally the driest month. Just can't get enough of Von Hoffman Lake. A splendid spot to camp here at Von
Hoffman Lake is Oak Grove Trailer Park, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Sullivan. At Von Hoffman Lake all through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into
the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's while Von Hoffman Lake nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's.
This lake is so wonderful. There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Meramec River, and a golf course close by is Sullivan Country Club.

Tea Lakes

Tea Lakes is a 210 acre conservation area located 6 1/2 miles south of Rosebud, Mo. on Highway T. You may visit the area during the day and talk to David Jordan the area caretaker. There are 5 fishing lakes, primitive campsites, playground, MO. Native/Plants of Merit garden recognized by the Missouri Botanical Gardens in St. Louis, Mo., boy and girl scout camping areas, shelters for picnics and gatherings. There are several hiking trails, however, we are in the process of remapping these trails and some will not be usable for the summer. This is a small organization and a small membership fee is required in order to use the facilities after the initial trial/camp/visit. We welcome anyone who is conservation minded, wants a place to visit away from the hustle and bustle of the city and just enjoys the great outdoors.
