If you're visiting Uhlmann Lake from Kansas City, you won't be the only one; drift down the rapids of Blue River in a kayak. This lake is so wonderful. Playing golf is lots of fun at Country Creek Golf Club, and Uhlmann Lake Dam is not far at all from Uhlmann Lake. Trailside Camper's Inn is a tremendous campground here, and a good nearby hotel is Super 8 Motel. For the duration of the summertime at Uhlmann Lake temperatures                  are ordinarily in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's.
