Kirksville - Days Inn is a fine location to get some rest, and Spring Lake Dam is gorgeous. After a long day outdoors Knights Inn Kirksville is a great location to spend a night or two, and some of the water nearby flows, like Elm Creek. For the duration of the days of summer here at Spring Lake, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to       the 60's. Highs throughout the winter are mostly in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Spring Lake. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of people from Kirksville here, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Jones Spur.
