Cahokia RV Parque
12 miles away
We spent a couple of nights at the Cahokia RV Parque recently and we were very satisfied. The location is off of a main road (IL 3) which makes it noisy, but easily accessible. The park is very close to downtown STL; about 5 miles. It is in a commercial area, close to East St. Louis, but we felt secure and comfortable. Though small and tightly spaced like most city RV parks, it is well kept. The only two complaints we had was the lack of cable TV and free WiFi. Though the park does have WiFi, there is a daily charge. Service was excellent, and the people were very helpful, courteous and accommodating. We were at first hesitant based on a previous review, but was surprised to be greeted and helped by some of the best parks staffers I have met. We looked at two other RV parks in the STL downtown area, and Cahokia Parque was easily the best. I would highly recommend this park to anyone travelling to or through St. Louis....
