Snow Creek is a very popular ski area in the vicinity, and dry warm beds await you at Ramada Inn - St. Joseph. Visit Mill Creek since you're here at Sollars Lake. Lakes are glorious; Paradise Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Sollars Lake.       The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Sollars Lake, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. During the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 30's, and overnight lows at Sollars Lake through the wintertime frequently dip into the 10's. So many enjoyable things to do here at Sollars Lake, too glorious to be true. A great site to camp here at Sollars Lake is Walnut Grove Campground, and if you're a golfer then a delightful                  nearby course is Savannah City Golf Course. Camping at AOK Campground is always a wonderful experience; after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn St. Joseph Riverfront/Hist. is a great site to spend a night or two. Sollars Lake is a good location of normal precipitation; most of the rain falls through September, and the driest month is January. This is a great vicinity for people who like lakes.
