That right there is loads already, but it goes on; Smith Dam has it all. This lake is so wonderful. Smith Dam is a perfect place to visit for more than one day, Rocky River Resort is a perfect place to camp nearby, and if you need a place to stay Days Inn Suites Pocahontas is a wonderful choice. Man, is there a lot of entertaining stuff to do in the Ozarks. Turkeypen       Hollow is a great spot to discover, and lakes are such serene places, why not take a look at Goose Lake. Summertime at Smith Dam arrives with high temperatures in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are frequently in the 40's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Smith Dam. Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Doniphan; Peoples Lake is a good lake close by.
