Slabtown Lake is a place with many visitors from Fort Leonard Wood, and camping is available at Paddy Creek Campground. The Ozarks scenery is always beautiful. High temperatures at Slabtown Lake through the long summer days are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 60's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 40's with       winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Slabtown Lake. These mountains rock, just check out all the fun things to do in the Ozarks. Candlewood Suites St. Robert is a good place to get some rest; unsurprisingly Big Paddy Creek is a striking stream that is worth a visit. Slabtown Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a striking outdoors paradise. A delightful location to camp here at Slabtown Lake is Cave Eddy Campground, and you can take a little tour to                  Slabtown Dam since you're here at Slabtown Lake. On a wonderful day at Slabtown Lake you can take a hike along the Big Piney Trail, and a fine close by hotel is Knights Inn St Robert. You simply should love the Ozarks. Going for a hike along the Slabtown Bluff Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and a delightful lake like Harke Lake is a perfect location to explore. This lake is so wonderful. A lot of precipitation falls at Slabtown Lake; the month with most of the rain is May, and January is the month with the least moisture.
