A picturesque lake like Mouth of Piney Hole close to Shipman Hole is a fine place to check out, and dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Hardy. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Blue Ridge Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood; you can stay the night at Bliss Spring Campground. This lake is one of the great       places here in the Ozarks. Buckhorn Hollow is a great location to spend some time at, and why not take a look at nearby Buckhorn Branch since you're here at Shipman Hole. Shipman Hole regularly gets much rainfall; all through the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is January. Through the summertime months, highs generally are in the 90's at Shipman Hole. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 60's.
