Some of the water close by flows, like Nelsons Branch; an exciting thing to have a look at close to Sears Community Lake is Stevens Dam. Through the warm months highs here at Sears Community Lake reach the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Sears Community Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into       a kayak and hit North River, and a perfect location to camp here at Sears Community Lake is Bayview Camper's Park. Dry warm beds await you at Hannibal-Days Inn, and camping is available at Injun Joe Campground. Jackson Park Golf Course is a great golf course nearby, and don't leave Sears Community Lake without first going for a hike along the Hickory Bluff Trail. So many amusing things in the neighborhood of Sears Community Lake, clearly fantastic. After                  a long day outdoors Quality Inn & Suites is a great location to spend a night or two; there are plenty of people from Hannibal here. There are some splendid whitewater spots on Cedar Creek, and good hiking is available along the Lick Creek Trail. An average amount of precipitation falls at Sears Community Lake; the month with most of the rain is July, and February is the month with the least moisture.
