If you like lakes and you're in this part of Missouri you can check out Roper Lake. Roper Lake is located in the Ozarks. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Bullwinkle's Rustic Lodge and RV Park is always a good experience; if you need a site to stay SUPER 8 MOTEL - POPLAR BLUFF is a delightful choice. Roper Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; through March this area sees the most rain, and January on the other hand is the driest.
This lake is so wonderful.

| | You're sure to encounter some nice people from Poplar Bluff here. Man, is there a lot of entertaining things to do in the Ozarks. Getting to Mill Creek from Roper Lake is uncomplicated; going for a hike along the Boardwalk Nature Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Gum Spring Hollow is in the neighborhood of Roper Lake and is a delightful location, and Holiday Inn POPLAR BLUFF is a delightful place to get some rest. Not far from Roper Lake you come across Davis Point; you can
have a great hiking adventure along the Lost Creek Nature Trail. For the period of the days of summer here at Roper Lake, high temperatures mostly get into the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to
the 40's with temperatures at Roper Lake dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights.
So much cool stuff to do here in the Ozarks, too magnificent to be true. If you came to camp Davis Camp is a pleasant site to do that, and hiking along the Pine Ridge Nature Trail is delightful fun.
