This place, Roby Lake, it clearly has so much outdoors cool stuff. Roby Lake is right by the Paddy Creek Trail, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Big Piney Trail. There are other places here than Roby Lake, for example Slabtown Lake, and St Robert Red Roof Inn is a delightful spot to get some rest. This lake is so       wonderful. Lakes are such calm places, why not stop at Dairy Pond right next door to Roby Lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Paddy Creek Campground is a good place to camp. The high level of rain makes Roby Lake a pretty wet place; the month with most of the rain is May, and the driest of the months is January. These mountains rock, just explore all the amusing things to do in the Ozarks. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express ST. ROBERT/FT.                  LEONARDWOOD, and Big Piney Campground is a magnificent campground nearby. You definitely have to love the Ozarks. Summertime highs at Roby Lake regularly tend to be in the 90's with overnight lows in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's with temperatures at Roby Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights.
