     If you came for an overnight stay Deer Hollow Ranch is a pleasant location to camp; you can take a little trip to Roadside Lake Dam if you're here at Roadside Lake. This lake is so wonderful. You'll discover a scenic lake called Chester Mayer Lake near Roadside Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Hermann Motel. Summer at Roadside Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 60's. The wintertime  
   brings highs down to the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Roadside Lake.
Roadside Lake is one of the lakes here in the Ozarks. An average amount of precipitation falls at Roadside Lake; most of the rain falls through May while January is typically the driest month. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the area next to Roadside Lake has to offer.
You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting
 
               stuff in the Ozarks. Why not camp at Jonesburg Gardens Campground while you're here at Roadside Lake, and if you need a location to stay Holiday Inn Express Warrenton is a nice choice. The peak of Etlah Knobs can be made out from Roadside Lake; since you're here, you could also check out charming Krueger Lake.

Tea Lakes is a 210 acre conservation area located 6 1/2 miles south of Rosebud, Mo. on Highway T. You may visit the area during the day and talk to David Jordan the area caretaker. There are 5 fishing lakes, primitive campsites, playground, MO. Native/Plants of Merit garden recognized by the Missouri Botanical Gardens in St. Louis, Mo., boy and girl scout camping areas, shelters for picnics and gatherings. There are several hiking trails, however, we are in the process of remapping these trails and some will not be usable for the summer. This is a small organization and a small membership fee is required in order to use the facilities after the initial trial/camp/visit. We welcome anyone who is conservation minded, wants a place to visit away from the hustle and bustle of the city and just enjoys the great outdoors.
