Very good water scenery is available at Riss Lake Dam close to Riss Lake; if you came to camp Campus Rv Park is a good site to do that. For
the duration of the long summer days at Riss Lake temperatures are frequently in the 90's, and the nighttime is slightly colder of course, generally in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Riss Lake temperatures fall to the 10's.
