The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Reed Lake. Summer night lows drop down to the 60's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Reed Lake. Man, is there a heap of enjoyable things to do in the Ozarks. Reed Lake is wonderful       enough to spend more than a day at, Whippoorwill Lake is a wonderful local campground, and the Boardwalk Nature Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Reed Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Barks Plantation is a pleasant place for that, and a picturesque lake like Lake of the Hills is a tremendous place to stop at. Just can't get enough of Reed Lake. Marquis Lake is a glorious lake in close                  proximity to Reed Lake, and the scenery at Reed Dam is pretty. Reed Lake is one of the lakes here in the Ozarks.
