During the summer       months, highs generally are in the 80's at Rainbow Lake while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Rainbow Lake are in the 10's. There's always Rainbow Lake Dam to take a look at near Rainbow Lake, and if you need a location to stay Days Inn and Suites Springfield is a nice choice.
