The Ozarks scenery is always beautiful. Through the warm days of summer highs here at Parker Lake Number 2 reach the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's generally in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Parker Lake Number 2. A great place to go to close to Parker Lake Number 2 is Anderson Hollow, and if you come       at the right time of year, Pickle Creek offers some brilliant whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at K O A Kampgrounds, and a perfect close by hotel is Comfort Inn Perryville. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the Ozarks has to offer. Going for a hike along the John J Audubon Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Castor River.
