There's so much to do here at Number 222 Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Crooked Creek Camp Ground is a delightful location for that, and after a long day outdoors Country Inn & Stes By Carlson, Kansas City At Village West is a splendid location to spend a night or two. A common amount of rain falls here at Number 222 Reservoir; May is the wettest month with most rain; January is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. There

...s and for whom this lot was better suited with multi-level cement areas and flower beds.
Lot 34 was a gravel pull through which was level and just fine. All lots have picnic tables and burn rings.
The owners, Kathy & Drew, were very helpful to us and very nice and accommodating. They plan family events for the campers and have a nice little store area for essentials. Just before we left, they were going to begin having homemade muffins and to-die-for cinnamon rolls at the store.
It is very dog friendly which is important to us.
The wi-fi works well and has an excellent signal.
The campground is easy to locate from I-70 Danville Exit and is quiet and has nice grounds including trails through the woods for hiking and enjoying nature. The swimming pool was closed for the winter as the weather was cool while we were there, so I didn't use the pool.
We did not use the bathrooms, showers or laundry facilities while there, though they do have them.
We would definitely stay there again and in fact do plan to stay there when going through the a... |
