Easterday East Dam is a spot that is close to Number 219 Reservoir, and Americas Best Inns-New Florence is a good place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Kan-Do Kampground and RV Park since you're here at Number 219 Reservoir, unsurprisingly you could also pop by Pierson Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. If you need a site to stay New Florence Days Inn is a glorious choice, and possibly you're looking for nearby lakes?

| | Sure, Carl Dreyer Lake is just a very short distance away. Through the summer months at Number 219 Reservoir highs are commonly in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 60's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Number 219 Reservoir. Now, you may assume that's plenty but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Number 219 Reservoir. | |

Lazy Day Campground is a good local campground, and if you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Mexico. From a rainfall point of view Number 219 Reservoir is a relatively typical location; May is when you get the most rain here, and January is when it's the driest.

Kan-Do Kampground and RV Park
 | 4 PHOTOS ...for 4 years and for whom this lot was better suited with multi-level cement areas and flower beds.
Lot 34 was a gravel pull through which was level and just fine. All lots have picnic tables and burn rings.
The owners, Kathy & Drew, were very helpful to us and very nice and accommodating. They plan family events for the campers and have a nice little store area for essentials. Just before we left, they were going to begin having homemade muffins and to-die-for cinnamon rolls at the store.
It is very dog friendly which is important to us.
The wi-fi works well and has an excellent signal.
The campground is easy to locate from I-70 Danville Exit and is quiet and has nice grounds including trails through the woods for hiking and enjoying nature. The swimming pool was closed for the winter as the weather was cool while we were there, so I didn't use the pool.
We did not use the bathrooms, showers or laundry facilities while there, though they do have them.
