Scratchers Branch flows through this vicinity; there are plenty of folks from Mexico here at Nestor and Literman Lake. This lake is so wonderful. You're probably addicted to lakes, Ki-Wi Lake is one of those nearby, and Shelton Lake Dam is a location that is near Nestor and Literman Lake. The annual rain here at Nestor and Literman Lake is about average; May is the month that gets the most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. Not enough hours

If you came to camp Kan-Do Kampground and RV Park is a splendid place to do that, and Americas Best Inns-New Florence is a good location to get some rest. A perfect nearby hotel is New Florence Days Inn. There's so much to do here at Nestor and Literman Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lazy Day Campground is a wonderful spot | |

... whom this lot was better suited with multi-level cement areas and flower beds.
Lot 34 was a gravel pull through which was level and just fine. All lots have picnic tables and burn rings.
The owners, Kathy & Drew, were very helpful to us and very nice and accommodating. They plan family events for the campers and have a nice little store area for essentials. Just before we left, they were going to begin having homemade muffins and to-die-for cinnamon rolls at the store.
It is very dog friendly which is important to us.
The wi-fi works well and has an excellent signal.
The campground is easy to locate from I-70 Danville Exit and is quiet and has nice grounds including trails through the woods for hiking and enjoying nature. The swimming pool was closed for the winter as the weather was cool while we were there, so I didn't use the pool.
We did not use the bathrooms, showers or laundry facilities while there, though they do have them.
