The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and night lows during the winter for Moty Lake tend to be in the 10's. A lake nearby is Cardetti Lake, and camping is available at Meramec Valley Camp Resort. Yep, outdoors cool stuff truly is abundant here in the Ozarks. The fine people of Rolla like to hang out nearby, and at Moty       Lake Dam right next door to Moty Lake there are some interesting things to see. Moty Lake is a good site of typical precipitation; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is January. The Ozarks scenery is always beautiful. If you want a fine time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Ozarks. Camping at Blue Moon RV Park and Horse Motel is always a magnificent experience, and hey, Dry Fork is a great                  local stream. Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! Moty Lake is so good! Super 8 Cuba is a magnificent place to get some rest; if you get bored of Moty Lake you could also check out close by Walnut Hill Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
