Very brilliant water scenery is available at Mineral Lake Dam close to Mineral Lake; if you get bored of Mineral Lake you could also check out nearby Melody Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Little Creek Spring is a striking site to stop by while you're at Mineral Lake, and Lawrence Schroepfer Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could pop by. Tea Lakes
 | 13 miles away Tea Lakes is a 210 acre conservation area located 6 1/2 miles south of Rosebud, Mo. on Highway T. You may visit the area during the day and talk to David Jordan the area caretaker. There are 5 fishing lakes, primitive campsites, playground, MO. Native/Plants of Merit garden recognized by the Missouri Botanical Gardens in St. Louis, Mo., boy and girl scout camping areas, shelters for picnics and gatherings. There are several hiking trails, however, we are in the process of remapping these trails and some will not be usable for the summer. This is a small organization and a small membership fee is required in order to use the facilities after the initial trial/camp/visit. We welcome anyone who is conservation minded, wants a place to visit away from the hustle and bustle of the city and just enjoys the great outdoors.
