From a precipitation point of view McPheeters Lake is a rather typical location; May is when you get the most rain here while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Summer at McPheeters Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and the night is a bit chillier of course, commonly in the 60's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the winter       temperatures at McPheeters Lake descend into the 10's. The slopes of Snow Creek are so inviting noone can resist, and if you need a place to stay Best Western Classic Inn is a fine choice. Possum Hollow is a perfect site to visit in the neighborhood of McPheeters Lake, and Lost Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth checking out. McPheeters Lake is in close proximity to McPheeters Lake Dam which is a wonderful place positively worth checking                  out; Comfort Suites St. Joseph is a tremendous place to get some rest. A round of golf at nearby Golf Club is a nice way to kill some time; not far from McPheeters Lake you'll locate Ussary Lake which is a charming lake. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Walnut Grove Campground while you're here at McPheeters Lake, and there are plenty of folks from St. Joseph here. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at McPheeters Lake.
