During the summer here at McCormack Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's; the night is a bit cooler of course, regularly in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's with temperatures at McCormack Lake dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. All the water falling down from the sky makes McCormack Lake a wet site; throughout the month of May you get the most rain around here,       and January is the month with the least moisture. You could also pop by Brushy Pond if you're here at McCormack Lake; it's nearby; hiking along the Blue Ridge Trail is magnificent fun. McCormack Lake is located in the Ozarks. This is no location for people who don’t like to have a good time. A good place to camp here at McCormack Lake is Greer Campground, and Bellah Falls is always fun to check out. Having a brilliant time in the Ozarks is trouble-free.                  You might want to pay a visit to Becky Hollow while you're here at McCormack Lake, and Ozark National Scenic River is a great local destination.
