All through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Maury Pond. The Ozarks scenery is always beautiful. Yeah, come here to Maury Pond for a fine time. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Maury Pond has to offer, you can camp at Deer Creek Campground and River Outfitters,       and Buzzard Hollow is a perfect site to visit. That right there is a heap of cool things already but it goes on, the Ozarks has it all. Maury Pond is a nice site to visit for more than one day, Bearcat Gateway is a nice site to camp nearby. Lakes are wonderful; Hill Pond is a lake that's near Maury Pond. If you come at the right time of year, Black River - East Fork offers some fine whitewater, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Potosi. Lots of precipitation                  falls at Maury Pond; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is January.
