Marquis Lake is one of the lakes here in the Ozarks. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Whippoorwill Lake. Lakes are magnificent; Reed Lake is a lake that's in the vicinity of Marquis Lake. Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! Marquis Lake rocks!. At Marquis Lake       through the warm days of summer highs are in the 90's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's with temperatures at Marquis Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. Castor River is a magnificent whitewater spot near Marquis Lake, and a pleasant location to camp here at Marquis Lake is Barks Plantation. Americas Best Value Inn-Dexter is a good spot to get some rest, and since                  you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at close by Barks Lake. And if that's not enough there's plenty more fun things to do in the Ozarks.
