     Magmont Main Tailings Lake gets a common amount of precipitation; most of the rain falls during May, and January on the other hand is the driest. Magmont Main Tailings Lake is located in the Ozarks. If you're a golfer then a good close by course is Viburnum Golf & Country Club; after a long day outdoors Super 8 Potosi is a pleasant place to spend a night or two.
This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then
 
   we recommend Black River - East Fork, and the Berryman Trail offers hiking at its best. That right there is plenty of fun stuff already but it goes on, the Ozarks has it all. Why not have a look at nearby Left Fork Neals Creek if you're here at Magmont Main Tailings Lake, and if you're here, you could also visit lovely Amax Tailing Pond. Davisville Campground is a great campground nearby, and there's some out of the ordinary stuff to see at Magmont Mine Tailings  
               Dam close to Magmont Main Tailings Lake.
That right there is a heap already, but it carries on; Magmont Main Tailings Lake has it all. New Viburnum Tailings Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop at; Holiday Lake is a great local campground. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in the Ozarks. There's perfect hiking along the Trace Creek Trail. Through the summer months at Magmont Main Tailings Lake highs are frequently in the 90's. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's while Magmont Main Tailings Lake overnight low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 10's.

Good luck, I have been fishing here for years and I have yet to see anyone but me and a few buddies catch anything. Most of the people that hang out here are a bucnch drunks and are here to party. If you take your time and learn the lake you can catch alot of bass and as many redear you can eat. Just stay away from the local drunks....
