The winter comes with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Loss Lake. A wonderful lake like Mononame 116 Reservoir right next door to Loss Lake is       a delightful place to explore, and after a long day outdoors Days Inn And Suites St James is a wonderful spot to spend a night or two. Just can't get enough of Loss Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Ozarks. Man, is there loads of entertaining stuff to do in the Ozarks. Honey Lake is a good lake close to Loss Lake, also Loss Lake Dam is worth taking a look at if you're here. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at                  Loss Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Pine Crest Campground is a great place for that, and Holiday Inn Express Salem is a good location to get some rest.
