Hunt Lake Dam has wonderful water scenery and it's near Lewis Lake, and a trip to Ozark National Scenic River is worthwhile. During the warmest time of the year at Lewis Lake temperatures are mostly in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 40's; night lows at Lewis Lake throughout the wintertime mostly sink into the 20's.       So much entertaining stuff in the Ozarks, just fantastic. Have a fine hiking adventure along the Blue Ridge Trail, and a great place to camp here at Lewis Lake is Harvey's Circle B Campground. Lewis Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Jacks Fork Canoe Rental and Campground is a splendid local campground; nearby you come across Hickory Hollow which is a glorious place to have a look at.
