You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors fun things the Ozarks has to offer. Lodge at Eagle Lake is a nice place to get some rest, and if you came to camp Cherokee Landing is a splendid place to do that. This lake is so wonderful. Playing golf is lots of fun at Terre Du Lac Country Club. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! The Ozarks is so good! There are some delightful whitewater spots on Brewers Creek, and the good folks of Farmington like to hang

This place, Leadwood Tailings Pond, it just has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. Lakes are such serene locations, why not visit Eaton Lake near Leadwood Tailings Pond, and a quick spree to Eaton Branch is beyond doubt a good idea. Leadwood Tailings Dam has good water scenery and it's in the neighborhood of Leadwood Tailings Pond, and you'll locate a lovely lake called Lac Emerald. This lake is so wonderful. A good close by hotel is Super 8 Bonne Terre. There's so much to do here
at Leadwood Tailings Pond that you need to camp here for a while, St Joe State Park is a wonderful place for that. Leadwood Tailings Pond is a beautiful lake in the Ozarks. Leadwood Tailings Pond is a good location of normal precipitation;
most of the rain falls throughout May while February is frequently the driest month.
Throughout the warmest time of the year at Leadwood Tailings Pond highs are mostly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down

STOP the draining of our lake! there are animals dieing because of it! there was also more money spent here in north dakota when the lake was a lot fuller. come look and see what damage your stupid missouri is costing at the lake! i go there every year and more and more water is gone for what? notheing! now that there is not a lot of water left people have to find a a different place to go. they cant even keep there boats at fort stevenson because it is BONE DRY! missouri, you need to close down your falls because there is more money made here and it not fair that a NATIONAL PARK Can Not survive because of you!! there should be no reason why a NAtional park should close. also the lake was here before your stupid idea even came around. there for it is our right to protect what we have:our future,homes, and last but not least, our lake and population.... |

There is also a mine which drains toxic chemicals into the river....St. Francis vacation, late April 2007 As far as I'm concerned this is one of my favorite rivers. It's like it's a whole new river at different water levels. We camped here for 11 days straight. Great campgrounds, and great water. We could live here.... |
