This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Bayview Campers Park, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Cedar Creek. The annual rain here at Lake O'Vaughn is about average; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain; the driest       month of the year is February. And if you're still looking for more outdoors enjoyable things just keep reading. A nice close by hotel is Comfort Inn Canton. A tremendous site to camp here at Lake O'Vaughn is Valley View Mobile Home Park; there are some fine whitewater spots on North River. High temperatures at Lake O'Vaughn throughout the long summer days are in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. Throughout the winter this place                  gets highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Lake O'Vaughn.
