Camping is available at Trailside Camper's Inn; you don’t have to go far from Lake Jacomo to catch a glimpse of the water at Lake Jacomo Dam. At Lake Jacomo during the months of summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. Through the winter the highs are usually in the 30's, and overnight lows at Lake Jacomo through the winter generally       descend into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of folks from Kansas City here, and if you need a place to stay Nights Inn and Suites is a splendid choice. Having a perfect time at Lake Jacomo is painless. If you came for an overnight stay The Camp-US RV Park is a good site to camp; Adams Pointe Golf Club is a golf course close by. A common amount of rain falls here at Lake Jacomo; through May this area sees the most rain, and January                  meanwhile is the driest month.
