Why not camp at Deer Hollow Ranch if you're here at Hunter Lake, and at Hunter Lake you always meet someone from St. Louis. At Hunter Lake during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Hunter Lake temperatures drop to the 10's. Smith       Creek flows through this vicinity, and Hunter Lake is not the only location nearby, Creve Coeur Lake is a nearby lake. If you came for an overnight stay Sundermeier Rv & Boat Storage is a nice site to camp; if you need a site to stay Marriott St Louis West is a perfect choice. The annual rain here at Hunter Lake is about average; the month with most of the rain is May while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. If only every location                  had this much outdoors cool things, what a great world it would be. You don’t have to go far from Hunter Lake to make out the water at Hunter Dam, and a good close by hotel is Courtyard By Marriott St Louis/Maryville.
