Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! Holiday Lake is excellent! Get your pulse rate up on the fine whitewater of Meramec River, and if you're a golfer then a brilliant nearby course is Viburnum Golf & Country Club. Summertime highs at Holiday Lake regularly tend to be in the 80's while night lows are typically in the 60's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's with temperatures at Holiday       Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. This place, the Ozarks, has so much outdoors cool things. There's splendid hiking along the Trace Creek Trail, and a pleasant close by hotel is Viburnum Inn & Restaurant. Camping is available at Hazel Creek Campground, and you might also want to pay a visit to Buzzard Hollow if you're here at Holiday Lake. Holiday Lake is a beautiful lake in the Ozarks. The amount of rainfall that falls at Holiday                  Lake is close to the national average; during the month of May you get the most rain around here while January is ordinarily the driest month. So much enjoyable stuff to do in the Ozarks, not enough time. Don't leave Holiday Lake without first going for a hike along the Berryman Trail; after a long day outdoors Meramec Inn is a perfect place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful.
